The transformer, generator, panels and similar parts to be placed inside the metal sheet kiosk can be shipped as an empty frame or as a complete assembly, depending on the request. Surface coating can be hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing, electrostatic powder coating, or industrial wet paint. Compared to concrete kiosks, it is a lighter product, which provides convenience in transportation and assembly. Since it is designed according to the switching element to be used in the SCK, it can be manufactured in desired dimensions. SCK transformer centers consist of 3 sections.
The most common metal sheet kiosk designs consist of three metal-enclosed modular compartments: a transformer section, a medium voltage (MV) section and a low voltage (LV) panel section. In models where gas-insulated switchgear is used, an advantage is gained in terms of size and weight. Thanks to their modular structure, they can be easily designed and manufactured according to different project needs.
Depending on their size, metal sheet kiosks can be transported assembled on a vehicle or disassembled and assembled on-site. This feature speeds up the assembly processes and provides adaptation to site conditions.

Lightness and Portability
Being lighter than concrete kiosks, metal sheet kiosks provide great convenience in transportation and assembly. This is a significant advantage, especially in large areas and difficult terrain conditions.
Flexible Design
It can be sized according to need and adapted to different projects with its modular structure.
Various Coating Options
It is long-lasting with different surface coatings such as galvanizing, electrostatic powder paint, hot-dip galvanizing, or sandwich panel insulation.
Ease of Assembly
Its prefabricated structure allows for quick and easy assembly on site.
Mobility
Mobile metal sheet kiosk solutions are offered with skids, trailers, or semi-trailers.
Metal sheet kiosks are used in a wide variety of areas in medium voltage energy distribution:
