What is a Metal Sheet Kiosk?
The transformer, generator, panels and similar parts to be placed inside the metal sheet kiosk can be shipped as an empty frame or as a complete assembly, depending on the request. Surface coating can be hot-dip galvanizing, electro-galvanizing, electrostatic powder coating, or industrial wet paint. Compared to concrete kiosks, it is a lighter product, which provides convenience in transportation and assembly. Since it is designed according to the switching element to be used in the SCK, it can be manufactured in desired dimensions. SCK transformer centers consist of 3 sections.
Structure and Design
The most common metal sheet kiosk designs consist of three metal-enclosed modular compartments: a transformer section, a medium voltage (MV) section and a low voltage (LV) panel section. In models where gas-insulated switchgear is used, an advantage is gained in terms of size and weight.
